latest update feels console biased and unbalanced
- The attack/Apache helicopter is just overpowered. The AA is literally useless against it. The AA's reload is just too slow, even with enhanced loading. Even if I lock and fire 1 missile to trigger the flares, by the time the second missile is ready, the Apache is gone, out of range, off the map, or below level.
The Apache just doesn't have any good counters unless you have a squad of engineers and an AA. The Apache's combination of speed, missile lock, flares, thermal sight, and machine guns is just ridiculous. Even more so for console/controller players. It's just not fun having an Apache camping spawn or a runway. - I primarily play as sniper and adding the delay to zeroing is just nonsense. This isn't a sniping simulator, and it seriously punishes long range snipers. At long range, if the target makes even a minor movement the headshot misses. Adding a delay gives the target even more time to move therefore, long range sniping is no longer an option. I can't help but feel this was to "help" console players.
But here is the most annoying part of this change, the game feels heavily biased giving console players a significant advantage across all weapons/roles because literally it feels like I barely appear in my opponents view and they've already snapped to my location fired 3 shots or 1 shot and I'm dead. I could maybe understand this with the scope glint on a sniper rifle, but this is happening when I'm using DMR's with a suppressor. And they notice me before I even fire a shot.
So, are people cheating? Am I that easily seen (without any kind of enemy spotting)? Or is the gameplay just one-sided (console biased aim assist).
