Live Scoreboard Help

Can someone help me see what I'm doing wrong?   I'm just trying to have a "Live" scoreboard, but my formula doesn't seem to work correct.   It does seem to score something, but not what is happening live.

Also, I think the Target Score is correct, but I can't tel because the main scoreboard isn't working.
