M1A1 Carbine needs rebalancing

The TTK for the M1A1 Carbine is extremely high. It is outperforming almost every weapon outside of snipers at extreme ranges.

Something needs to be changed about its rate of fire, damage or accuracy as when paired with tungsten core ammo it is capable of winning 1 vs 4 fire fights easily .
