Missing beta rewards

Question

Anyone else still having this issue? I only just got the game but I played the open beta back in August and completed most of the challenges save for two and none of the rewards have unlocked for me. I had been emailing support and they told me to wait 72 hours for the servers to sync so I did and still nothing showed up, I continued to email them and after explaining that these were for the free open beta and not a failed payment process or a twitch drop reward they said they couldn’t do anything and to just post here instead lol.

Those are the rewards I should have but don’t. I have an in game inbox message saying I have open beta rewards to claim but there’s no button anywhere to claim them so I’m just kinda at a loss here. I’m on PS5

I am also having this same issue. I played the Beta and made sure to be able to get all of the rewards. I have the message in my inbox but no rewards to claim.

Yup… I’m also having this exact issue. The support from EA on this is incredibly frustrating, literally just told me to come here like that magically fixes anything. As players/gamers, we care about in-game items and the time we put in. I personally put 43 hours into the open beta and to not get these rewards, then have EA basically shrug and give no real help, makes you question this whole Battlefield re-branding and how seriously they take their community

If anyone is reading this, the issue is still occurring and EA continues to close support cases on us regarding this issue with NO resolution. Totally absurd, if you ask me!&nbsp;
