No one here can help with a ban. You played on a computer with God knows what installed on it, so you are to blame. You need to contact the TOS team to have any hope of reversing this. Try the link below if you can't find a link to talk with them log in as guest.
The thing is, it's almost impossible for anything illegal to be on a computer. We also checked the computers via video cameras. No one has used cheats in the last few days. And the computers are reset after each session. I haven't had any problems for two years While playing bf2042
