I hate to say it but renting a computer is exactly how you end up in this mess. You have no clue what's been installed on this rented computer and the only way to be sure it's actually safe is a full reinstall of Windows for every new person who rents the device...and I'm willing to bet that nobody at the place you rented from is that professional. Professionalism in general is in the dumpster across all industries for a number of reasons but a rent-a-computer business is EXACTLY where I'd expect them to not care.
It sucks but ya gotta think things through. Internet cafes and rent-a-computer services are exactly where a prolific cheater would install cheat software and given your country/the business in question probably being low profit you're looking at a blood from a stone situation for any sort of remediation.
It sucks but these types of businesses are not safe for personal account activities.
