Need help with Laser Designate targets that sustain damage as Recon.

I need help with this challenge. I am on Recon Specialist 2, the "laser designate targets that sustain damage as recon". I cannot what so every get this done, nothing seems to work. I watched YouTube videos, those suggections does not work. So, how do I get this done? Does anyone have any ideas how to complete this task? Thank you

u need your team to help and do lock on on the targets only problem is no one using and lock on rockets as the can never hit the target with the amount of flares

When I was working on this, the problem was that Engineers on my team weren't using the right launchers, as only two count towards the progress. It might be worth coordinating with a friend so you know they're using one of the lockon ones.
