Need Information: Sniper Path - Confirmed Kill skill

I have dug around a while, reached out to customer support, and ended up here. I can’t find a good explanation about how to attain the Sniper Path skill Confirmed Kill. This skill is a one shot kill with no option to revive if you hit an enemy with a headshot. This is not something I have currently unlocked, and there doesn’t seem to be a clear explanation about how to earn this skill. Is it earned on a per life, per game, or permanent basis once you have completed assignments? Does one need to complete the Sniper Path completely to earn this skill? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

It is part of the default recon spec, you only get it when you have enough squad points, its like uav drone you can call in.

Go to loadouts, select recon, on left under where it says recon in big letters click View details.

On the right side of the next screen it shows each upgrade tier and has a brief description of what it does.

To answer the question, once you have enough squad points any enemy you kill with a sniper rifles headshot cannot be revived.

It will pop up on the right of your screen when you reach a new tier during a game.

Basically keep spotting, killing, taking objectives and it will unlock on its own as the game progresses. If you use the UAV then you will lose it and can regaining by spotting, killing, and so on
