No refund even though the game is completely broken?

It is incomprehensible that a game with constant hitreg, hitbox, netcode, sound (disappearing footsteps), glowing textures, and countless other bugs and defects does not allow for a refund. 

The product is advertised as a game that is "Finished/beta", when in reality it should be pre alpha. 

I constantly experience problems with hitreg in both redsec and multiplayer. Disappearing footsteps - the enemy runs behind me, jumping on the way, but no sound is heard. Constant desync between the player and the server - the enemy kills by shooting even though I was already hiding behind a wall more than a second ago. 

EA, you cannot sell a game that is in such a terrible state in terms of gameplay. You are still producing "Ranked" redsec as additional content even though the core gameplay features of the game are completely broken.

I demand my money back. I have been contacted several times about a refund, but you claim that the product is no longer "returnable". You are selling complete garbage that is definitely not worthy of release. The core gameplay needs to be in order before you can release the game.

I will never spend a penny on EA products again. The policy regarding the product and refunds is ridiculous, and it does not serve the customer at all. If a company sells a full service/product, but the customer receives the product/service broken, they should give the money back or compensation. EA, you are a terrible game maker. Especially in terms of technical expertise.
