This is a veiled request to add a new class. Otherwise thiis is more or less the same as closed weapons.
The novel idea of this suggestion is having one class break out of the closed weapon mold as part of its identity. I have not seen this previously suggested anywhere. Even if support retains both healing and indirect fire gadgets, this part of the suggestion can still be implemented.
