Petition to combine SG, HK, and INDIA servers into one play region

I think Asia as a whole suffers from a lack of in-game population, we can't get full servers of players at all times. Very often, games are filled with bots and are only playable at full capacity during peak hours (around noon to night, depending on the region). In my opinion, DICE should combine some of the Asian regions into one server, like SG, HK, and India in one, since their latency is within a tolerable range and JP,  KR in one as well. Ideally, a server browser would be better, but if that's something EA is unwilling to do, then this is the compromise I believe many can agree on. I hope DICE can give some consideration. Thank you.
