PLEASE EXPLAIN

Can someone please explain to me what streamer mode and anonymous mode do . I think it changes your kd to make it look like you have a lower KD  . So you could have a 20 kd and everyone else sees you have 1 kd or something to that affect. If that is the case that your fair game policy just went out the window .  I notice some high level players are showing a very low KD for there level below one but with high kills . If they get reported isn't that what they want this gives them high views right? Everyone these days love to watch people cheat with over 6 kd there is no way unless they go into xp farms but isn't that not allowed any more . Either way  cheaters now can deceive you by using anonymous or streaming mode and this a setting in the game it self so if EA is against  cheater why are they giving cheaters a way to fool you so are you allowed to cheat in game if they are letting streamers do it why not us. cheating and exploiting in this game I could easily get a 7KD
