Portal Custom map with vehicles
I’m having an issue with the Portal Custom Default mode for some reason, maps don’t load with vehicles. The only way I can get a Portal map that includes vehicles is by using one of the Verified mode...

Create one using Conquest, but don’t publish it — just play with bots. You can usually get a vehicle that way. I found where it is (deep in the menu) and got my joystick mostly dialed in. But when you click “Host,” a lot of the time the servers are full, so it doesn’t start… Sucks there no run locally with this mode.
How do you even get it to start with just bots? I had it set to 1 human player per team and it wouldn't start the round. It just kept me there waiting forever.
