Facing the same issues and its really souring the experience for me. Its feels like its just a repeat copy of what happened with BF2042 in South Africa where you are forced to find a server through portal because standard matchmaking just fills with bots. I fear this issue wont be resolved since we are such a low population and priority for them that they don't care.
At least the official playlists eventually fill with bots, I just wish that they were persistent instead of disbanding and splitting all the players up.
And yeah... these issues should've been solved months ago.
