Portal servers are not good enough

They have 30 Hz tickrate vs 60 Hz from matchmaking servers and have no option to turn on auto-team balancer.

We lost all the good things we had like:
Clan TAGs
Auto-Team balancer
Moderation options (to kick abusers or people harassing others)
Ping filters, people with very high ping can join and you can't kick them
Can't move people from one team to another
Votemap
Map Rotation
Playing with more than 3 friends

If any admin abused these things, you could simply not join their server or blacklist/report it, but now we have no options and the gameplay experience is SO MUCH WORSE. I hate playing 6 times the same map in a single day while never playing others, I want to have a proper rotation which I can't have in normal matchmaking.

Having bad portal servers means none plays in them, and we are unable to play with more than 3 friends, I don't care if we're in enemy teams, but I have more than 3 friends and we just have to split squads and never play in the same match
