Portal unplayable solo

Ty_Ger07​ BrutalSBK7777​ There are no lies about the lack of bots. The fact is you can't play any of the normal Battlefield game modes that Battlefield is known for, with bots as PvE. There are no default BF game mode templates given to us in the Custom area of Portal. IF & when Dice gives us Conquest, Rush and Breakthrough templates in the Custom area then you will see PvE players playing the game.

But as it stands right now there are NO game modes you can play in the Custom area, you can only code your own invention of a game mode IF you know how to code and only then you can throw in the bots for zero weapon progression.

Of course the issue then will be that we wont be able to unlock any weapons or attachments which means we still can't play the game as it was designed and we were led to believe. 

The only lie here is the one that has been handed to us by Dice/EA and then you eluding that if the shoe were on the other foot, and it was PvP that was sacrificed, you wouldn't be screaming bloody murder right now yourself.

Let them do the right thing and give us PvE'ers refunds instead of thieving our money. For crying out loud they won't even talk to us about this bs. Only silence and seemingly taking our money dishonestly.

Sure - appreciate the free Maps - i just would like create simple Custom Maps with the original Game Modes and tweak individual the Bots and things to my personal liking - EA can just cut out the XP if people are scared of scammers till they find a scam free solution

I bought the game to play solo PvE against bots and it was great at launch. I'm going to return it if it doesn't come back. I don't care about XP or progression, I just want to play my way like they advertised. They should just make a solo/coop mode like 2042.

And their last update that now requires existing experiences to be re-published is designed to kill of the last possible route for Solo players of Verified matches --- seems to have worked as I can no longer find any work arounds to play this game anymore.

It would so easy to create Verified Mode Solo with Bots matches that are Locally Hosted with reduced or no XP --- but it doesn't even seem on their ToDo list.  I think this game is technically good but developers are purposely making it unplayable (after they have our money!).  Any Experiences that are totally custom are absolutely rubbish -- just two teams 100 yards from each other shooting - no strategy to the game --- the only way if to have Solo with Bots in Verified mode games -- WHY DO YOU REFUSE TO PROVIDE THIS FOR THE 1000s OF SOLO PLAYERS?

From trying many custom maps and spending hours developing my own -- custom is extreamly limited - no built in strategy such as RUSH, CONQUEST logic, no vehicles unless you also redesign maps etc. If they moved the verified game logic but allowed custom parameters with limited XP and host locally for Solo play then we might get somewhere.

However, as this might be some good news for Solo players --- they are very unlikely to do it!
