Post Game Changes

Players should be able to look at their challenges and loadout in the post game screen even when the next game is ready to play. Load it in the background. Don't force the next map. Just press the continue button when you're ready.

ALSO let us do another game with the same group of people. fill in the slots when people leave. I really don't like finding a great team and losing them after one round.
