Premature Reloading Should Waste Ammo

Can we not all agree that shooting four bullets just to crackhead / kneejerk reload should waste the remaining amount of ammo in the mag? I think this actually fits very well with BF gameplay because: 

1. it forces players to THINK before acting and making purposeful actions rather than mindlessly gunning around
2. this will further highlight the importance of Support class and ammo bags

It will be absolutely amazing to watch streamers get mad about running out of ammo 30 seconds into spawn, please!
