I will follow this... i also own BF6 through Steam and purchased the battlepass through EA app... Have received nothing! Very fustrating!

They've now passed me through several different service reps. The most recent one said to wait 24 hours for the content to show up. This is frsutrating.

I saw that on the website it said to wait 24h before contacting support... kinda annoying... ill update if it suddenly appears

It's been 24 hours for me. No luck. Support is playing hot potato with me and none of them read what has been discussed prior.
Going to try installing the BR through the EA app on a second computer and see if that "magically" fixes it.

Update: tried that and got "this account is restricted from online play". So apparently EA has decided that trying to play the game I bought on different computers is not ok...

Every email I send is now trying to direct me to use chat but chat isn't working.

And now we're back to them not even reading the support case and ignoring the literal EA receipt while trying to claim I purchased on a third party platform.
This is absurd. It's digital content. That's the easiest thing in the world to grant to an account.

I also purchased the bundle through Steam. I received part of the content, but the coins were not credited. I contacted EA Support, and after four hours of communication — during which several different support agents replied to me — I was told to “wait 24 hours and check if the coins appear.”
I waited 24 hours, but nothing changed. I contacted support again, and after two more hours of conversation, I received this response:

After checking, I regret to inform you that we found no record of your purchase on this account.

Same here
I bought 1,100coins on ea and i got the game on steam and didnt get the coins in game after a few conversation they said that i dont have any purchase on the account then i sent them a pic about the order summary and the order history then i waited to pass the 24 hours and still no fix about the issue. Ha, what a coincidence i have this EXACT problem and scenario. This also happened to me and when i downloaded bf6 redsec through the store to see if the coins would show, it says ACCOUNT RESTRICTED FROM ONLINE SERVICE, but when i check if i have any bans, theres no such bans on the account. I'll give it a day or two before i do a chargeback and refund the game through steam citing this incident.
