I also purchased the bundle through Steam. I received part of the content, but the coins were not credited. I contacted EA Support, and after four hours of communication — during which several different support agents replied to me — I was told to “wait 24 hours and check if the coins appear.”
I waited 24 hours, but nothing changed. I contacted support again, and after two more hours of conversation, I received this response:

Could you please tell me — is this really a normal response after spending money and not receiving the full in-game content I paid for?

I bought 1,100coins on ea and i got the game on steam and didnt get the coins in game after a few conversation they said that i dont have any purchase on the account then i sent them a pic about the order summary and the order history then i waited to pass the 24 hours and still no fix about the issue. After every reply i get a new assistant and not getting forward
