Purchased Content on EA app not Present when Playing on Steam?

I own the game on Steam, have my EA, Steam, Xbox, PSN, etc all linked perfectly. Purchased additional content on EA app to get the 10% discount, but none of it showed up in game. My support ticket...

Ha, what a coincidence i have this EXACT problem and scenario. This also happened to me and when i downloaded bf6 redsec through the store to see if the coins would show, it says ACCOUNT RESTRICTED FROM ONLINE SERVICE, but when i check if i have any bans, theres no such bans on the account. I'll give it a day or two before i do a chargeback and refund the game through steam citing this incident.
