I think the big machinery is what makes it unique to Battlefield. I agree end game should not have vehicles though. It's fun early and mid game, but late game they should be disabled and teams should have to win with teamwork and strategy, not because the other team doesn't have an engineer and a rocket launcher.
You literally cannot carry enough rockets to blow it up
In the crates around the map there are RPGs that you can carry as well as your launcher, i took one out today on my own
