I don't understand why everyone is complaining about the rangefinder. Yes it makes it way easier to hit shots. Yes it takes away the older mechanics of zeroing for bullet drop. Do you want to actually play as a sniper at all in BF again? If they don't do something to balance the faster ttk and the fact that you no longer flinch when hit during ads then nobody will play as a sniper anymore. Several times I have been lying in wait to pop a headshot off and have gotten drilled by an AR or an LMG from a ridiculous distance that shouldn't even be possible. Many a time I have drilled someone with a headshot when being lit up from the same distance. Snipers and DMRs are the only two guns that really have a drastic bullet drop in BF when not zeroed for distance. Every other gun in game can reach ridiculous distances in semi auto or mounted before bullet drop is even a factor. Personally I feel it balances out in the end and honestly DMRs are the bigger threat than the range finder. I can see glint from a sniper trying to shoot me, I can't see glint from a DMR shooting at me from ridiculous distances
