Can I ask what platform you're playing on as you've tagged quite a few here in the post. 

If playing on EA app I would recommend getting in touch with EA Help so they can look into this for you as unfortunately we can't investigate purchase or account issues here on the forum. You can do so by following this link here:  Contact EA Help

If you made the purchase on Steam, Playstation or Xbox you will need to get in touch with their customer support so they can look into this for you.

Its on the xbox.   Xbox virtual assistant has me going in circles, and the live chat stays on " average wait 5mins youre next"
