21 hours agoKillForFood Hey, that sounds really frustrating for sure. Not getting the support you want can definitely push those buttons. In these cases, you would have to file an appeal if an appeal has already been reviewed, and an answer given, and in the notes, let them know you need English support to email you back.
The forums I am afraid are not the right avenu as we dont really have a way to assaign someone to a case, or make changes to who gets the appeal. That is all handled by the Terms of Service team. CMs only handle the forums. We have no hand in the account issues.
