SEA lobbies filled with bots and rarely goes past 24v24 players on 32v32 conq

I live in Perth, West Australia. My ping to Sydney server and Singapore server is about the same.

Previously, I would easily get full games of conquest / breakthrough etc in what appeared to be the australian server. You can obviously tell by the handles it was an aussie server.

Since about 4 weeks ago, I match mostly to what I can only assume is the singapore SEA server. 9 games out of 10, the games fill with a handful of real players on each team and BOTS up to 24 players... never goes past 24 players and stays full of bots the whole time.

I requeue, same thing. Sometimes I requeue into games with the 24 limit, full of bots and the games mid way through.

Sometimes i get lucky, hit a full server full of western handles and I know its going to be a decent game... game ends and it disbands me back into SEA BOT servers....

What on earth is going on? This cannot be because of population surely? Granted NOBODY in my old friends list is online anymore so perhaps it is the case of nobody is playing anymore but it doesnt seem right. Theres no wait time searching for lobbies, we just get thrown straight into the BOT lobbies. Prior to 4 weeks ago, there was maybe 30 to 60 seconds of wait time and i'd get a full and proper game.

I feel I should be refunded this game, I didnt buy this to play against bots.

Is this a known issue? Surely others are experiencing this? Is there any way to force myself onto the sydney server?
