Solo play with bots

I modded and played Black Ops 1 pve for hours and hours, I agree, total launch fail for a big part of the community. Both pvp and pve players. Begging for more money constantly, buy this buy that. How about doing something decent for a change by actually listening to your community for a change? That would be quite refreshing👍🏻

As a conclusion also..

Verified modes in portal were not the problem concerning the xp farming to start with anyway. The custom part is. Enemy bots spawning next to you without weapons. Were not doing this in Conquest or Breakthrough maps. What would be the point of it? Would take way too much time. Total blunder and I think its more of a case of server demand or sone other issue. Over in their heads I think.

Even though this sucks for the casual gamer I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. What seems to go completely over PvPers / EA's heads is:

Yes, people actually have fun playing against bots 😲 

Games are supposed to be fun for EVERYONE. It really isn't hard to add a Solo / Co-op game mode like they had in 2042. This game is already 99% tailored to PvP play. Why can't people who enjoy PvE enjoy your game as well? I created verified Conquest modes against bots when this game came out and it was hella fun. I got to play with my buddies in a relaxed way without being spawn camped and slide jump dive popped every two seconds and I could play for hours! Bots would get in tanks and fly helicopters, and the battles were immersive and intense. So much fun! AND, I was getting weapon progression. I could have played this game for years! Instead this game is parked until they bring back what they advertised. I wish I could get my money back.

Stop punishing the casual gamer because of the minority of bot farmers. You are truly doing a huge population of casual gamers a disservice. 

The worst part of it, was buying a product with the promise I could have normal XP and weapon progression through Portal, only to have those features completely removed after they took our money! Talk about lack of integrity.

People, EA's EULA is not above the CDC! If they removed bots, you can ask your money back anytime! They said the game would be that way, the game was released that way, and they changed it after its release!!!!

ASK FOR YOUR MONEY BACK! They have no rights to do it... So if they wont listen, they also wont keep our money! Go to steam or epic and ask your money back!

They're too busy making another trash battle royale type clone.  If we wanted to play warzone that's where we would go.  I personally like to get a couple friends and slay bots for fun like we could in 2042.  What a mistake to leave that option out,  it's all out about the micro-transactions and battle pass seasons first and the players requests second, or third, or fourth.....

I check in daily to see if PvE or Solo against Bots is back so I can actually play -- however any update, like the recent portal backend update, seems designed to further limit any workaround people have to play Solo.  I occationally try multiplayer but stop quickly as I not only dislike it but hate it -- it is no fun at all.

It really would be easy for them to enable Solo - and personally, I would like Hosted Locally (removing Global Server limits) and do not care less about XP and Ranks.

ps. Every time I post about this on the Forum I get a new EA email saying I have a new Forum Rank -- why are EA so focused on Ranks -- I would rather they actually read these posts and gave us 1000s of Solo players a game back!!
