Team balance\ Matchmaking suggestion
Stop basing it on rank, base it on K/D, a person's rank doesn't reflect how good they are.

With non persistent servers, server balancing isn't really an issue
It was much better when we could swap to the other team, kick people from the squad or join another squad.
Matchmaking is a terrible idea. There should be a server browser, private rented server, noob severs, clan servers. It's not fun for people starting to game to be rolled over by BF Pros.
