The Consumer Rights Act 2015 UK

Anyone else filing a section 75 through their credit card provider or "Klarna" to get the refund for BF6? I have tried over and over again to get a refund or for them to fix the game and neither have happened. Also does anyone have the details for EAs legal department?

Purchased though EA, was unable to play day one and still refused the compensation promised. Now every time there is an update I get an error stating I need to install the game again.

So done with this pathetic excuse of a games company.
