So I just found out and verified that there are no bots allowed on verified portal experiences. The option to backfill is greyed out.
So what's the point of portal? Even MP has bots. No bots at ALL? How do you plan to fill your servers?
I thought we'd be able to unlock weapons and attachments vs bots. What happened to that? I'm old. I wear bifocals. I have arthritis. I have nerve damage. I bought this game thinking I could play vs bots like in 2042.
Instead, I have two choices: go into MP where I can't unlock anything because I get killed every 20 seconds by people sprinting and sliding and bunny-hopping all over the place like crazy and coming at me from literally every direction, or play portal for no xp, no unlocks, no rewards.
Dice, I'm disappointed.
I’m 50 years old and don’t have the twitch skills or quick reaction time as I did years ago. I honestly could care less about leveling up, I was playing Conquest against bots for 4 to 5 hours a day, everyday until they made this change. If they would let me I would create a conquest vs bots and host it locally even if that meant I wouldn’t get any progression and I would play that all day!!
Same here. I'm 38 and I love to relax against bots after a working day
