The refund button for Battlefield 6 purchased on the EA App is not activated.

I live in south Korea. purchased Battlefield 6 through the EA App, and now I want to refund it so I can buy it again on Steam. However, when I tried to request a refund, the refund button was not activated, and it said the transaction was already completed. To my knowledge, refunds should be possible before the game is released, but it says the refund is not available because the transaction has already been processed.

I also tried to contact EA Help through live chat, but when I click "Contact Us," the page only shows a spinning circle and doesn't proceed. I saw other posts suggesting the use of a VPN, but that didn't help at all.
