The Season 1 skins are false advertising and need to be toned down

DICE/EA advertised this game as a "grounded" military shooter. Battlefield never was realistic but it's authentic and the new skins undermine all of that. You even had the Zac Efron trailer making fun of wacky skins and not even a month later we're looking at bright blue power rangers with edgy skull masks.

Tone down the saturation on these skins, they (especially the blue and neon yellow) look horrendous. Playing without a HUD is impossible unlike in the beta. Teams and squads look like individual heroes instead of cohesive forces of soldiers. Class identities (heavily advertised) are gone. Faction identities are gone. The entire tone and setting of the game is gone. Any reason to grind base game camos is gone because the battle pass gifts everyone cheap, outlandish skins anyway.

Do not advertise a grounded game and take it all away less than a month post-launch. Either a) advertise it properly with skins which look like a 13 year old designed them in the beta and promo material, so people know beforehand that this is a power ranger shooter, or b) stick to what you advertised.

Whether it's a server-browser, a scoreboard, TTK changes nobody asked for, Portal XP shenanigans or wacky skins, DICE/EA always find a way to ruin good things, they never learn.
