I’m Level 450, and all I can say is this:
I start a round, and usually, things go smoothly. Then, suddenly—as if someone flipped a switch—everything in the game gets weird.
It feels as though the game is imposing a delay on me (internally, at the server level) just to slow me down. It manifests as what feels like desync.
At first, I thought my internet connection, network hardware, or computer might be at fault.

I play with a 9–10ms RTT (Round-Trip Time), yet I am UNABLE TO REACT to a player with a 150ms ping!?!?!?!?
My shots land, but they often fail to register any damage. I see the hit markers, but nothing happens.
I no longer believe the game is simply broken; I’m convinced this is entirely intentional.
P.S.: My K/D ratio is currently 3.0—even though I’m typically a 5.0–6.0 caliber player—but the game just won't let me reach that level.
