Twitch connection

For some reason my twich drops are not showing up in game. When i tried to link my account from the EA website to my twitch account, it says that my twitch account is already linked to B8****@disabled.ea.com.  how do i fix this issue because i feel like now when i watch these drops i will never be able to link them. Even my beta drops arent showing up in game.
