Unfair matchmaking

Why is your matchmaking so unfair ive been getting put against teams that are level 200 and above and you keep putting me on a team that are level 100's and lower I don't understand how your matchmaking works but it needs to be fixed because it is not matchmaking properly by doing that it's basically setting up a team for straight failure
