Unstoppable Force bundle purchased, BF coins removed, content missing

I purchased the Unstoppable Force bundle in Battlefield 6 using BF6 Coins on PC September 21, 2026, at approx. 2pm. 

The BF6 Coins were deducted from my account, but none of the bundle content was added to my account. The bundle page disappeared from the store immediately after I purchased it, so I cannot open it again to show it as purchased.

More than 24 hours have passed and still no content. I did follow all the troubleshooting steps EA recommended but no luck. 

Anyone else had the same issue or a similar issue and know how to resolve? Input appreciated.
