"Waiting on Studio" on appeal

I'm still falsely banned and haven't heard anything from EA in days.

I started a live chat and the agent I spoke to said they would escalate my ticket. a day or so after that the status changed to "waiting on studio" and I got a message saying my case would be reviewed and I would be updated as soon as possible. 

It has now been 7 days since that message. and 15 days since I've been banned. At this point I am quite frustrated. I have had zero update and been given no way to contact the ToS team to see what is going on. 

My first appeal was denied 24 hours later by a generic robot message, after it already took me 3 days to even be able to submit an appeal.

I have been unable to play due to a false permanent ban and it seems nothing is happening for my appeal at this point.

Exactly how long will I be stuck with the waiting on studio status before I get an update? I've considered refunding the game multiple times now but continue to leave it because I'm hoping they'll fix the mistake and actually allow me to play again.

Don't respond if you're just gonna be a troll, I did not cheat nor have I ever cheated in any battlefield game
