We just want to play together

We are a community of battlefiled players and are a group of around 20 daily players. We just want to play as a group together. We tried to make a "server" through portal. Well that doesn't work. After each round we get seperated. Can there be a fix for this please? It's just so annoying to regroup every time a round ends.
