true, and I got the impression that they are doing nothing. 

I had a player 7 days ago. he slaughtered the hole lobby with an absolut ridicules K/D. Back then he was rank 146. I have reported him because of a K/D of 67,896 - guess what he is still playing, now rank 176. most of the guns on elite and still a k/d of 56,023. With all the bugs, the horrible net code where you run into gunfights and empty 2 mags without getting a kill even if you standing behind a squad. 

What’s the point?

Why is there happen nothing?

If you name those players then in the forum you get banned because no-one should be namend with his real player name. 

DO YOUR JOB EA/DICE DO WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN ADVERTISING: A STRONG FIGHT AGAINST CHEATERS.

And it can’t be so hard to ban cheaters permanently and for ever. There should be a mac adress comunication. So if you ban a cheater, ban not only his account. do a proper mac adress ban. so he won’t be able to create a new account and cheat again.
