The portable laser designator is far too powerful. 9 seconds of lingering paint is unnecessary. You’re shining a laser at a vehicle, it should require constant tracking.
I understand BF is not real life but it was fine in BF4 and other games, now it’s simply oppressive.
The PLD will also paint through terrain which is frustrating when trying to play in a vehicle.
Lastly, the tracer dart is rendered completely useless. The tracer dart should result in the paint effect lingering for around 30 seconds while the PLD should require constant tracking to keep the target painted.
