Weird TTK/TTD

I've been a BF player for 15 years and in this game I've never came across more accurate players in my life.  I can't tell if I've been hit with a Sniper or Shotgun or any other gun in the game as the death is always instant.  I keep hearing about this bloom (bullet spread) and I cannot seem to land a shot on the enemy player but they can jump all over the place and still insta-kill me every time.  I'm really losing the will to play this game after waiting so long for a good modern BF game and it's been designed to appease COD players.  It's endless chaos and everyone running around like headless chickens with snipers everywhere.  I'm just not having fun playing and as was always the case in past with COD games, I'll get my rank to level 50 and never play it again.   I'm already at level 35, so I'm not holding out for hope on this one.
