What do you have to do to get a dang response from EA Help

Question

I have been attempting to get help from EA help for over a week and they keep closing my case! I need to unlink a deactivated account from my Xbox account that’s tied to an email I do not and have not ever owned. I missed the entire first beta because of this and I haven’t even gotten a single human response! They just keep closing my case! Took days to even get a case opened. I have emailed, dmed, tried their chat and nothing works! Such terrible customer service.

how do you get a case to open? i sent them 3 of the help forms they give you over 7 days and nothing.

I have no idea I think I got lucky took me 3 days to get a **bleep** case open and I still haven’t had a human response. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
