Where Is Our Compensation ?

As you all know back when Battlefield 6 launched, players who had pre-ordered the game on the EA app couldn't play the game on launch day.

EA promised affected players to compensate them with 12 Career XP boosters + 12 Hardware XP boosters + Access to the Battlepass.

Yet many of these players including me are yet to receieve the compensation, and apparently live support are not able to check whether you are actually eligible to send you the compensation. 

I hope we can have a community manager look into this as it doesn't feel right to not have all affected players properly compensated.
