Why nerf ALL challenges?

Yeah that challenge took me all week and I hardly got any xp for the match because I had to purposely miss and not kill the people I would be spotting

I didn't buy as soon as it came out... but pretty close. Definitely before season 1 released. I've only played 15 hours so far. And i've actually played it more than I would normally play. 

I have 1 headshot kill over 150m. I've got lots of headshots... even some over 100m. But 1 over 150m. 

The thought of playing the next 10 hours camped on a hill trying to snipe people is just... awful. 

And to do all that so I can finally have some buffs to the style that I really want to play... infuriating. 

Exactly, and a lot of us don't have the time to put into doing it.

Or for unlocking an entire training path for the Recon. Ugh. 

Just finished the LMG suppression last night. I spent several rounds in casual breakthrough staying away from objectives and just bursting/spraying down the field purposefully missing targets in order to move forward to the next level. It was a gigantic waste of time, I'm glad they changed that a bit, as it made no sense to make it part of the first step towards a few of the guns (including towards the best LMG in the game)

Challenges should be there for your own enjoyment, if you like that sort of thing, not for unlocking weapons, gadgets or gear.

Can anyone confirm if Recon 2 got changed? 

I only noticed because I was doing the first assault rifles challenge and only needed another 200 kills but it unlocked today and I got the gun for it.

I just loaded up and it says I’ve now completed certain challenges but it hasn’t given me the rewards. I was doing the lmg challenges earlier and getting close I guess I just have to wait now 

They are called mastery challenges for a reason. But when a challenge is blatantly glitched or very inconsistent such as suppression it needs to get adjusted. I did all of Engi and the LMGs legit besides the 6000. It was painful but I mastered it.
