Will this game have skill based matchmaking?

I want to pre-order the game but things like skill based matchmaking and lobby disbanding are such a big problem that im really unsure. also will it have a scoreboard and server browser. its so hard ...

If you’re unsure, then don’t preorder. Preordering literally has no benefit to you, only to EA.
