However, please note that EA Help cannot review or remove bans themselves. Only EA's ToS team can do that following a successful appeal (also, ToS only correspond over email). If you have not appealed already, there is a webform to do so in the guide above.
There is no live chat option unfortunately. I have checked.
I have submitted a second appeal but to be honest I don't have high hopes based on other forum posts I've read from other users having the same issue
