Request for Manual Review of My Documented Account Compromise

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to respectfully ask for a manual review of my case.

My EA account was compromised through a phishing attack. As soon as I discovered the unauthorized access, I immediately contacted EA Support. Your team helped me recover my account, remove the attacker, and secure it. Therefore, the account compromise is already documented.

Despite this, my Battlefield 6 account remains permanently banned. Every appeal I have submitted states that "Gameplay enhancement" was detected. I have never used cheats, hacks, macros, gameplay enhancements, or any unauthorized software.

For weeks I have opened support cases, submitted appeals, used live chat, and asked for help on the official EA forums. Unfortunately, it feels as though my case is being treated as a standard cheating appeal rather than a documented account compromise.

I kindly ask that a member of your team manually reviews my account recovery history, login records, and previous support chats. If EA believes that I personally violated the rules, I respectfully ask for a clear explanation of when and how those violations occurred.

If restoring my account is not possible despite the documented account compromise, I would also appreciate consideration of a refund for Battlefield 6 and my related purchases. I invested a significant amount of money in the game and can no longer access it because I became the victim of a phishing attack.
