100% CPU usage, ongoing issues on Golmud, stuttering deploy

I already posted about this on reddit, but the developers didn't mention it in the latest update. I'm still having issues on Golmud, where frame rates drop as low as 60 FPS, it's worst at points or near the hangar.

It all started with the launch of Season 3, on the new Bazaar map and on Golmud (only), I'm hitting 100% CPU usage and drops.

A ton and I mean a ton of people have had issues with game optimization since the start of Season 3. I just want to bring attention to the problem and play the game normally without any issues.

There are tons of posts here, on Reddit, and on Steam. Please, DICE, do something about this. Thanks in advance.
