5.11 skin promotion ended a day before expected
I have a problem, i try to redeem the code i got from a 5.11 store a while back and the website gives me the error "The code you entered has expired"
I know the promotion ends on the 11 of may 2026 at 11:59:59 so i should still have time to redeem it, i know from previous promotions ea has mistakenly ended them before the expected date, i would like some clarification about this

Well, it seems ea has completely abandoned us on this issue and they will do nothing to correct their mistake, there has been a few users that got the information that ea was fixing this, it seems they completely lied to us or they are so incompetent at this they prefer to just keep silent and don't respond to this long post. Keep in mind that as customers we have the right to redeem the code at anytime we want while in the timeframe specified by the company even if it is just a few hours before it ending. Think about the people who just got their order today, or people who just had the chance to go to a 5.11 store, this is sad.
My code is now working, it did not work from the redeem link on the email. But I clicked on the top right with the smile, view profile/my account > payment and wallet > redeem a product code. The code finally worked there. You could also try on the EA app from the library page.
