Accessibility Ban Appeal – Need Support for My Disabled Son

Hope your son will get unbanned. This is crazy ridiculous situation. 

That, is just sad...i hope they urban him.

Im in the same situation, injured left wrist from an old accident. 

Use the Playstation Navi for movement rather than keyboard to alleviate tension on the wrist. Just for remapping with reWASD. 

Apparently they approve of the xbox adaptive controller/joystick. I bought one and have revo Uninstalled reWASD. This adaptive controller is just ok, cant natively move diagonally when mapped to WASD so you need steam input to make it work.

There are 1000s false bans out there. All the forums are full of them, simple search will reveal. 

Been a loyal fan of the BF franchise for 15 years... bought every BF game since 2010.

This is how you treat long time customers, its shameful. Just sudden perma ban. No email or warning before to give us a chance to fix the issue. AI driven ban, no human to appeal to, Ai response to appeal. 

Honestly never knew the xbox adaptive joystick existed before this situation. Apparently release 8 months or so ago. 

Also I never used steam input before because I always bought BF games the the EA app.

Ive learned a lot from this and from all the reading and posting in last few weeks.... its apparent EA has a problem on their hands.

Player counts are way down and I believe a big part of it is this out of control bans situation. 

Please treat long time customers better than this, its shameful.  

So far there has been no response from support at all. They just don't care, you would think that they would reach out! Fact of the matter is the accessibility support team is non-existent
