Accessibility Ban Appeal – Need Support for My Disabled Son

Hello EA Accessibility Team,

I am reaching out because my son, who is disabled, was banned from Battlefield 6 for using reWASD. He relies on this software to remap controls so he can play the game. Without it, he cannot participate.

We have already submitted multiple ban disputes through the EA Help system, but unfortunately, we have not received any response. This situation is very discouraging because my son simply wants to enjoy the game like everyone else, and the use of reWASD is not for cheating—it is an accessibility necessity.

I kindly ask that EA review this case with accessibility in mind. Players with disabilities should not be penalized for using adaptive tools that allow them to play. Please let us know how we can move forward to reinstate his account and ensure accessibility needs are respected.
